Kate Conlon\u2019s work usually begins with an earnest attempt to figure something out and invariably ends in a mess of paradox, incongruence, and doubt.<\/p>

She is a founding director of Limited Time Engagement Press and a Professor of the Practice in Print at SMFA at Tufts University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Kate Dodd received her BFA from Pratt Institute in 1983 and her MFA from Columbia University in 1990. Originally from the Bay Area, she now lives in New Jersey while maintaining strong creative ties on both coasts. Dodd creates temporary and permanent site-specific installations that explore transformation, materiality, and the hidden patterns embedded in human habits.<\/p>

Her work has been exhibited nationally in museums, galleries, and colleges. She received an Individual Artist Fellowship from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts in 2020 and has completed numerous artist residencies, including MacDowell and multiple school-based residencies throughout the tri-state area.<\/p>

Dodd has been commissioned to create installations for five NJ Transit stations, as well as projects for Summit Public Arts, the Redwood City Public Library Children\u2019s Room, and Rowan University. She is currently developing new commissions for The College of New Jersey and a private residential complex in Jersey City. In 2026, she will present a solo site-specific installation at the Montclair Art Museum.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Meg Hitchcock<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Meg Hitchcock is a New York-based painter, writer, and curator. She is a 2024 Pollock-Krasner Grant recipient and a 2023 Gottlieb Foundation Grant recipient. She received a BFA in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute and studied classical painting in Florence, Italy. Her work with paint and text is an expression of her lifelong interest in religion, psychology, and literature. Hitchcock’s work has been shown nationally and internationally and has been included in shows at MASS MoCA, Currier Museum of Art, CODA Museum (Netherlands), Virginia MOCA, and Crystal Bridges Museum, where she was included in State of the Art: Discovering American Art Now<\/i>. Her work has been reviewed in numerous publications, including Art in America, ArtCritical, The New Criterion, Huffington Post, and Hyperallergic. Her work is represented by galleries in New York and Virginia, and she recently curated a show at Columbia University, CONTEXT: Art, Books, & Freedom<\/i>, a show of 15 artists working with text and books, on view through May 2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Linda Jacobs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Linda Jacobs has been photographing cityscapes, abstract compositions and still lifes for over 20 years, building on her background in design and architecture.\u00a0 <\/span>Her undergraduate degree was in Design and Environmental Analysis at Cornell University, and she studied photography at the International Center for Photography and the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey.\u00a0 <\/span>She continues to expand her artistic practice through photographic workshops and international travel.\u00a0 <\/span>A native of White Plains, New York, Linda currently resides in Maplewood, New Jersey.<\/p>

Linda is involved in the photography community as an artist member of Soho Photo Gallery, Professional Women Photographers (PWP), American Photographic Artists (APA), and Studio Montclair.\u00a0 <\/span>She has exhibited at the Griffin Museum, Monmouth Museum, Montclair Art Museum, and internationally at IndustrieMuseum Chemnitz in Germany, and has had numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her special projects include: \u201cCity Stories\u201d, \u201cLooking at Art: The Experience of Interaction\u201d, and \u201cPhotograms: The Alchemy of Glass\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Nicholas H. Ruth is a Professor of Art at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, in New York.\u00a0 <\/span>Ruth received a BA from Pomona College, and earned an MFA in Painting from the Meadow\u2019s School of Art at Southern Methodist University.\u00a0 <\/span>His work has been included in more than 150 exhibitions nationally and internationally, and is in collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York Public Library, the Rockwell Museum, the Memorial Art Gallery, and the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Kirti Sheoran is a ceramic artist and founder of\u00a0Kirti Sheoran Studio, a boutique ceramics practice rooted in thoughtful design and handcrafted technique. After 18 years in the fast-paced world of finance, Kirti made a bold shift\u00a0 \u2014 trading spreadsheets for sculpting tools and fully embracing her passion for clay.\u00a0<\/p>

Her journey began in January 2020, sparking from an enduring love for ceramics and a desire to explore its expressive possibilities. Kirti spent four years studying clay at New Jersey\u2019s Visual Arts Center, honing her craft before launching her studio practice.<\/p>

From her Summit, NJ studio, she handcrafts every piece \u2014 from functional dinnerware to sculptural centerpieces \u2014 with intention, character, and personality. Each creation reflects her belief that art belongs on the table as much as it does on the wall.\u00a0<\/p>

Kirti\u2019s work is known for its organic forms, expressive textures, and meticulous detail. Her functional ceramics are inspired by her love for food and hosting, while her one-of-a-kind centerpieces draw from travel and lived experience.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Judi Tavill<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Judi<\/span> Tavill (b.1968 Baltimore, MD) lives and works in Rumson, NJ and received her BFA from Washington University, St. Louis, MO (1990). After careers in fashion design and studio ceramics, she completed a Post Baccalaureate at University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth (2021). Tavill uses sculpture and drawing to create work that speaks to the complications of connection and entanglement.<\/p>

She is a recipient of a 2025 New Jersey State Council on the Arts Fellowship in Sculpture and she was invited for residency at Vermont Studio Center, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and Buffalo Creek Art Center. The Flint Institute of Arts Museum holds her sculptural Vessel in the Contemporary Crafts Permanent Collection.<\/p>

Tavill\u2019s sculpture has been included in museum exhibitions at Morris Museum, Montclair Art Museum, Hunterdon Art Museum, Monmouth Museum and New Jersey State Museum. Tavill has presented solo exhibitions at the Ivy Brown Gallery (NYC,NY), Adamah Gallery (Columbus, OH), and Center for Contemporary Art (Bedminster, NJ).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Krista Voto is an interdisciplinary artist and professor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from New Jersey, she earned her BA in Visual Art and an Art Education degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey before completing her MFA in Sculpture at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is currently a Professor of Art at the University of West Georgia.<\/p>

Working across sculpture, installation, and textiles, Voto\u2019s practice integrates materials ranging from metals to fabrics, often employing sewing and weaving techniques.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Erik Waterkotte is an Associate Professor of Print Media in the Department of Art & Art History at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte where he also serves as the Associate Chair.\u00a0 Waterkotte received his M.F.A. from the University of Alberta and his B.F.A. from Illinois State University.\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>He is co-founder of Theurgical Studies Press, a modest publisher of weird and occult zines and novelties.\u00a0 <\/span>Born in central Illinois (where his family dates back over a century), Waterkotte is inspired by his family\u2019s history as exiled Catholics from Germany\u2019s Kulturkampf.\u00a0 <\/span>Waterkotte is fascinated by spiritualism and mysticism and believes in the power of meditation, yoga, and resonance. He has exhibited his artwork both nationally and internationally including at Sztuka na Miejscu in Wroc\u0142aw Poland, the University of Alberta in Canada, the University of Dallas in Texas, and Saltgrass Printmakers in Salt Lake City Utah.\u00a0 His artwork is part of several collections including the Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota, the Zuckerman Art Museum at Kennesaw State University, and the Purdue University Galleries.\u00a0 <\/span>Waterkotte has received awards from juried exhibitions at institutions such as at the Morgan Conservatory of Papermaking, Texas Tech University, and the Appleton Museum of Art.\u00a0 <\/span>He has participated in several major residencies including the Kala Art Center, the Virginia Center for Creative Arts, and the McColl Center for Art & Innovation. Waterkotte has received grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the North Carolina Arts & Science Council, and the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Koichi Yamamoto is an artist who merges traditional and contemporary techniques so as to develop unique and innovative approaches to the language of printmaking.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>
His prints explore issues of the sublime, atmosphere and fluid mechanics.<\/span><\/div>
Koichi has worked at many scales, from small and meticulously engraved copper plates to large monotypes.<\/span><\/div>

He completed a BFA at the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon and then moved to Krakow, Poland, later he studied engraving at the Bratislava Academy of Fine Arts in the Slovak Republic. Koichi also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, Poland and completed an MFA at the University of Alberta, Canada. In addition he has worked as a textile designer in Fredericia, Denmark.<\/span><\/div>
